African Energy Metals Announces Termination of Mali Acquisition Agreement

Vancouver, British Columbia – (Jun 4, 2023) – African Energy Metals Inc. (TSXV: CUCO; FSE: BC21; OTCQB: NDENF; WKN: A3DEJG) (“African Energy Metals” or the “Company”) has terminated the agreement with African Energy Metals for the Company’s acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of GoviEx’s wholly-owned Malian subsidiary, Delta Exploration Mali SARL (“Delta”), which holds the Falea project in Mali.
